All originals are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Zone 1a (EU) you should receive your order in 3 - 5 business days

Germany, Croatia, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary

Zone 1b (EU) you should receive your order in 4 - 6 business days

Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, France, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Romania

Zone 1c (EU) you should receive your order in 5 - 7 business days

Denmark, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Malta, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Cyprus

Zone 2 you should receive your order in 8 - 15 business days

Egypt, Algeria, Israel, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestine, Syria, Tunisia), Armenia, Azerbaijan, Faroe Islands, Greenland

The daily information is only a guideline, the package can of course arrive earlier.

Important Information for International Customers

Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bricks. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within a month of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
